Derventio Caledonian guarantees that the price applicable at the time a customer originally signed up for a hosting package and/or domain name registration will be the price they will pay for all future renewals provided the package remains the same.

If a site requires more bandwidth or space as it grows or attracts more visitors and a package or service is changed or upgraded, then the guarantee will transfer to the new price. This arrangement will apply for the duration of a customer’s account with us.
